You would simply forward the e-mail to the other coaches and they can download the footage to their respective devices, including mobile phones if that's more convenient. I believe a download request was good for 2 weeks which is far beyond what most people would need. You get to use the very simple and efficient hudl platform, have clips edited exactly how you want them, they're converted to mp4 files (if they weren't already) which are super friendly everywhere, and then you can delete the footage from your fiend's account so it doesn't count against their allotted footage.ĮDIT: You could use the google drive method posted by u/jrod_62 (which is great for long term storage and you could create additional e-mails if your 15GB is getting full) or you can tell your coaches they have a certain amount of time to download the footage before it is removed. I also learned that video editing to precise timeframes isn't really worth the investment. To save myself time on the backend, I would film to "cut." Even beginning filmers can learn to start and stop clips within a certain time period before and after the snap. I used to film youth and high school football for years.
